The INTERNATIONAL CENTER OF PSYCHOSOMATICS, directed by Professor Sami-Ali and Sylvie Cady, is a training and research organism open to anyone 
(doctors, psychotherapists, psychologists, therapists, health professionals, etc ...) who wishes to acquire, for their practices, therapeutic tools to help them better position their 
personal experience in a therapeutic dimension.

Psychosomatic relational defines itself here by the link between the psychic and somatic taken in the relation. Indeed, the simplest psychosomatic fact, it is the relation.

So throughout its life the subject is in relation, it is in this temporal continuity that are made conflicts, which can be soluble or insoluble in the case of the impasse. They are the determining factors of the somatic pathology.

It gives a whole set of expression going the most commonplace symptoms to the gravest pathologies. The functioning of the subject reports two realities, the reality and the imagination which, beyond their combinations, not less let appear the subject in a unity of functioning which can be subjected to soluble or insoluble conflicts (which send back to a situation of impasse)

Besides the diverse activities of practical formation, the CIPS gives for vocation to train researchers in psychosomatic, capable of thinking about their own clinical experience so that ask new theoretical questions.

 

Questions which normally are the object of a personal work of supervision with the Director Scientist, ending in the elaboration of a text which supplies in the five annual Days of Research an alive contents and constantly renewed.
